The operator must set the computer with the essential data (diameter, pitch and number of rings per piece), place the pre-punched product on the table and press the pedal.
The closing machine cuts the length of the desired number of rings from the reel and drags it to the binding area.
The R-500 table fixes the product and advances, bringing the perforated side in correspondence with the spiral, which is closed in the product thanks to the appropriate shaped tool.
At the same time the hook is inserted.
Tool change operations and the necessary adjustments are extremely easy and fast.
All operations are controlled by a microprocessor with memory for 30 different types of work.
